M&M Cookies

Wednesday night we made M&M Cookies. Summer's choice for the last days of school. We handed some out to her teacher and Paul, the coolest bus driver ever. Now the trick with M&M cookies is to not eat all the M&Ms before they are to go in the cookies. :) I let the boys each put a scoop of flour in the mixer, they are going to be great bakers like Summer. This is the recipe I used.

M&M Cookies

350*  9-11 mins

1 C brown sugar

1/2 C white sugar

1 C butter

2 eggs

1 1/2 tea vanilla

2 1/2 C flour

1 tea baking soda

1 tea salt

1 1/2 C M&Ms

I really put everything in, mix it up then add M&Ms and quick mix. While they baked Summer entertained us with plays and singing and some guitar playing. It was awesome.
