The last day of school was Friday. I wanted to kick the summer off right by doing something fun. (Plus being stuck without a car all week made me restless). We went to a train open house at the fairgrounds. Erica's grandpa is part of The Inland Empire Railway Historical Society, so she is the one who told us about it. It was nice and cheap, the kids had fun riding the little train they had set up and stamping bookmarks with train stamps. I enjoyed the museum, I wish I could have seen more but with the kids running through it was hard. I love history. It was a great afternoon.
