Cakes

Funny story and I guess this doesn't happen very often. For the boys' party I made two cakes out of a bear and Elmo. I've only ever made one other cake using a shaped mold. Anyway I made a chocolate Elmo first and there was egg in it. It looked like fried egg in the cake! It was very strange and the more I asked around the more it seems that it doesn't happen. Of course I don't have a picture of that but I do have the before and after of the two cakes that turned out good.
